PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KELUARGA DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM: ANALISIS PERATURAN KEBIJAKAN KELUARGA BERENCANA
Abstract
The family is the smallest unit in society that has an important role in the formation of social structures. The government as a community regulator plays a role in regulating policies related to the family. One policy that has a significant influence on families is family planning policy. This policy aims to control population growth and improve the quality of life of families. From a legal perspective, family planning policies have complex impacts and need to be analyzed in depth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of family planning policies on families from a legal perspective. The method used is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as laws and regulations, scientific literature, and related government policies. The analysis was carried out by considering legal aspects related to family planning policies, including regulations, human rights, and family protection. The results of the analysis show that family planning policies have a significant impact on families from a legal perspective. On the one hand, this policy provides benefits such as access to better reproductive health information and services, controlling the number of children, and increasing family welfare. On the other hand, there are several legal issues that arise, such as violations of human rights, gender discrimination, and excessive government intervention in family private life. Family planning policy regulations need to be analyzed carefully to ensure that they are in line with legal principles and human rights. A balance is needed between the state's interest in regulating the population and the rights of families to make decisions about their own bodies. Policies that respect human rights, gender equality, and protect family privacy will have a positive impact in the long run.
