Familia: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is published twice a year (June and December) by Familia, of the Department of Islamic Family Law, Faculty of Sharia, State Islamic University Datokarama Palu since 2020. Familia always places Islamic Family Law, Gender Discourse, and Islamic Civil Law in the central focus of academic inquiry. Until now, with the fair procedure of double peer-review, Familia consistently publishes researches/studies concerned with those fields under various dimensions and approaches. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with multi perspectives. |

In the beginning, the journal only served as a scholarly forum for the lecturers, professors, and students at the State Institute of Islamic Studies. However, due to the later development, the journal has successfully invited scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute. Familia is a member of Crossref, so all its article have their unique DOI number. Authors who want to submit their manuscript should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate to the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be rejected by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Familia has been indexed by: Crossref, Google Scholar, Garuda, and onesearch. Online ISSN: 2775-0418 |

We convey important information regarding the Familia journal article review process. Due to technical problems caused by hacking and malware that attacked our system, we inform you that:
- Article Review Process: The article review process for volume 6 number 1 will restart on January 2, 2025.
- System and Data Reset: As a recovery effort, the Familia journal website has been reset to the initial settings so that all previously stored data is lost.
Therefore, all articles that have been published since 2020 until the June 2024 edition will be gradually re-uploaded. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this incident.
