REALIZING FAMILY WELFARE THROUGH A PHILOSOPHICAL PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC LAW

Abstract

The process to get the dream family life is a desire and dream for everyone in carrying out family life. In addition, in achieving a dream family also needs more effort to make it happen. Islam has guidelines and laws where the achievement of a family that is in accordance with the purpose of marriage, sakinah is a harmonious and ideal family, mawaddah, feelings of love for partners, Rahmah, love that is ready to sacrifice and ready to protect those who are loved will realize the results of the ideal family.

The implementation of learning about Islam is certainly inseparable from learning Islamic law. In Islamic law, there are many lessons and suggestions and guidance for living life both in society and in the family. One of the lessons about Islamic law is marriage law, recommendations for choosing a partner, and suggestions for living life in a household.
